Le Cordon Bleu is one hell of a ripoff, but it's not a certification course, unless they changed shit. It's a condensed associates degree. You have to take a bunch of other courses in stuff like psychology, business management, speech, math, etc; and you get a degree in applied science (AS). If you want to get a bachelors in something else later there's a shitty start at least. I am not condoning going there by the way.
