For the pasta, make a normal pasta dough. Roll it thin and cut into 1.5-2" squares. Roll these on a gnocchi board with a dowel to create ribbed tubes. Allow to dry so they maintain their shape and don't flatten out after cooking.
For the sauce, sear ground Italian sausage in a hot pan with a drizzle of olive oil until browned. Add finely chopped green onion and red bell pepper along with a pinch of salt. Saute until fragrant. Deglaze with a cup of white wine; reduce. Add half a cup of chicken broth and a few big handfuls of spinach. Cover and allow the spinach to wilt, stir occasionally. Add half a cup of heavy cream and half a cup of plain whole fat Greek yogurt. Stir to combine. Cook pasta in salted water. Drain and add to sauce, tossing and stirring to coat.
For the roasted fruit, preheat the oven to 450. In a cast iron pan place 1:1 ratio of seedless red grapes and cherry tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, toss to coat. Roast for 20-30 minutes until fruit is wrinkly and leaking juices into the pan. Serve on top of or alongside pasta.

>>18239813
sir, it's nine in the morning
i got a za in the fridge because I'm not cooking tonight. but I'm going to cook tomorrow.
i bought some mozzarella and Doritos and I was going to do an experiment to see if I can make Doritos mozzarella sticks.
alternatively, i have some Udon. I could make Katsudon for dinner tomorrow night.
i also got some beef ribs so I could make some good old southern bbq. as i southerner, i know it's a sin to put sauce on ribs, but I'm going to do a little experiment and put sauce on half. i came up with an Asian Southern fusion bbq sauce. Plum sauce and ketchup. It's delicious.
also I bought condensed milk, if I want some sweets I will make tres leches. Have evaporated milk and normal milk too.
Also, I've been eyeing a can on chili beans all month until I got paid. I bought some santita's and I'm going to make some chili nachos eventually.
I also have a recipe for a type of stir fry, I guess I would call it. I put some butter in the pan, some garlic, and then sautee it. Then I get some pork tenderloin and chop it up and add it in. In a separate pot, perhaps a few hours before the pork, I pit and chop up cherries. Then I put them in a pan with a bit of sugar. Then I make kind of a cherry jam or preserves, if you will. Then I add this to the pork and add a little Pantai chili paste. It's god tier.
I also have some tofu, if I run out of meat I'll make something yummy with it. Not a vegan, just enjoy tofu.
I just got new flour, thinking of making some dough and making flatbread. Then I could use some meat or tofu and season it with dill, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, oregano, paprika and salt. So I can have some tasty little gyro like things. I just figured out how to roll the bread extra flat too. Take aluminum foil or wax paper. Two sheets. Then you take a little ball of dough and put it between the sheets and roll it out. If done right, it should come off the paper easy. Then you just throw them in a pan.
Ran out of space.
