This is basically not a recipe for how simple it is but it's basically the ideal side dish for anything where asparagus or boiled potatoes would be called for.

1) Toast greenbeans in duckfat or butter
2) Take out
3) Toast breadcrumbs and add MSG/pepper/both
3) Mix together and serve hot with whatever aged cheese you have on hand
