Can’t enjoy most large foods because mouth is too small. Whenever I take a bite I usually just end up getting sauce and bread

Some Americans have evolved an adaptation to the modern food environment, and can unhinge their jaw in order to consume nuggets of congealed slop larger than their heads.

Yep. That's why I consider burger chains better than small burger restaurants. They keep their burger sizes biteable and the buns small.

Yeah same, I normally just fork and knife things that are too small. For example, yesterday I had two bao filled with fried chicken, wakame, and sauce, but the chicken was in strips and excessive. So rather than try to bite into it and create a mess, I ate half of the chicken with the fork and then had everything together as a sandwich, and the wakame that dripped out with a fork as well.

It's not very elegant to shove these things in your mouth, and most of the food that doesn't allow you to appreciate each flavor in one normal sized bite is poorly made or ridiculously unhealthy food, like the OP pic.
