Just for you guys. The flour tortillas are Mission Fajita Grande (10 pk) and shells are Kroger Jumbo. They overhang a bit but no worries as you are able to fit more topping. I'm sure other basic brand jumbo size would work but haven't tested. As always buy block cheese and grate it so you don't have that corn starchy dust everywhere.

Get your corn tortillas in a pan cook till one side is crispy then afd your main ingredients and fold. Cook each side for another 30 seconds or so till it holds its shape. A little oil in your pan helps keep them pliable till you are ready to shape.
