I make a stick rice lasagna. It's not what you think, it's actually very classy.

Nope.
If you're a true Mexican poorfag or have extra red beans and rice it's just beans and rice unless it's payday.
If you're in a hurry and don't have a rice cooker it's just refried beans and meat (which is great).
If you forgot the can of beans it's just rice and meat which is also fine.

I thought canned beans were uncommon amongst Mexicans / the poor. don't they usually soak dry beans and cook them?

Anytime a meal has double carbs/starch, it would be better without it. For burritos, see pic rel. Your meal might pass if the tortilla was just fried cheese.

>>18144846
Nope. This is only acceptable after the pasta is done, to clean up some excess sauce. An open faced spaghetti sandwhich is not a quality meal.

In Jamaica and the Caribbean, the bread is dense, moist delicious coco bread. I always thought it was to prevent the flaking off of the pastry not to end up on your shirt. The bread cuts the heat of a very hot pattie too.

Yes the barm does help balance out the heat but its main use is turning a messy pie into something you can eat with one hand on the go.

Imagine going somewhere, ordering this, and it getting served to you.
My fucking sides can't take it. People actually did that? They din't not do that? Why?
This isn't even food; it's just a food-shaped joke.
