If you want a real answer; we're culturally adapted to certain creatures being food and others not. Lobster and other crustaceans has been eaten by Western people for a long time and are stored in the "food" part of our brains. Bugs and scorpions are not known to us as food and therefore seem disgusting to us. It's the same reason most Arabs don't eat pork even if they abandon their Muslim faith, they've grown up with the knowledge that pigs are not food, and it's difficult to rewire the brain to eat something you've been taught not to.
