This is a normal poster posting regular slop. Consider me a friendly bachelor. Who grills deep into the night.

8 mins total
Marinated the salmon for 5-10 minutes in sesame oil, rice vinegar, chiligarlic sauce, and salt.

This is after 4 minutes at 400°

I grilled about 18 huli huli chicken thighs the other night. Nightgrilling is comfy and based. As is nightwatering the yard.

The weird white spot is from camera flash and I was balancing a flashlight, as you normally do when nightgrilling and you want to keep the bugs at bay.

This is what it looks like after 8 full minutes, 4 each side, plated and resting.

I let it rest for five minutes. Cut off a lil corner for my dog. And began to dig in.

The entire pan was coated in avocado oil. The salmon was made of sesame sneed oil so i may die sometime.

The salmon inside was a little bland so I had to add my own special sauce. Kikkoman is the best man in my opinion.

I wanted rice with it but didn't have the foresight so I sighed and continued to eat my salmon a la cart. It's like room service except you do everything yourself!

Nice. I applaud.
>theres a really nice grill at my apartment, but I'm worried night-grilling is gonna disturb the people who're right next to it in the building.

Always check for open windows when doing anything outside at night around neighbors. Never know who may be chilling to the night breeze.

That sounds comfy and oh man the recipe for that sounds right up my alley

This is my plate all cleaned up save for some last bits for the dog. I shook off the soy sauce so her kidneys don't shut down. I got a little bitch.

I definitely overcooked it. My eyes got wide when I saw the darkness of the char. I should have shone my flashlight above the grill a few times to check for smoke from burning food. It tasted pretty good.

That's the thing. I feel like a mega-creepster hard eyeballing people's windows on the ground floor at night. Imagine making eye contact with a single mother at a late hour through her sleeping kid's window.

Never smoked in my life. But I may get my mom started with a smoker. She is the grill master meister sent from god. I am but a peasant retard who burns his salmon.

It's ok, because my dog likes the smell of it. She instantly began smelling the air coming fron plated salmon when she got inside. her face said "ooh what's that?". I got to eat like 3/4 of that filet and she got 1/4. Hopefully I win big at the tracks so I can buy salmon again next month.
