Reuben.
I do it all in one pan
>very light lard in pan
>add meat, kraut, garlic and onions
>add beer
>simmer a short while
>add chease on top
>sscoop to the side, add bread buttered on one side
>buttered side down, let get toasty
>scoop the prior ingredients onto toasty bread
>slather horseradish into one slice (i dont like thousand islands on my reubens)
>flip, let sit in pan for a minute
>cut in half diagonally and serve with a good Belgian beer
11/10, to die for. I crave one just thinking about it.

Nobody here eats a brisket sandwich with mayo on it. If anything, Texas brisket sandwiches are more like the Burnt Ends one.

you and I both know if there was a sandwich, it'd be
a. making a open faced or closed sandwich with the white bread they give you at bbq places, brisket pickles and onions (bonus points for putting some potato salad on it
b. some kind of taco

I'm with you though, never seen mayo on a brisket sandwich. Either some kind of sauce or nothing.

I sometimes use mayo to lube up some leftover protein that I can't be bothered to heat up and might be a hair past it's prime. Never on freshly cooked meat though.

Nobody eats a Burnt End sammy. The ends are served on their own. Whoever made that chart has never been to Kansas City.

One of those gas station triangle sandwiches that have been laying there for years. Fat, salty and cheap like your mother
