Pretty much. French toast fritters with cola and/or cola syrup in the batter, whipped cream, and maraschino cherries. I haven't made them in a while but the recipes I found online for the actual fritters remind me a bit of beignets. It's extravagant but really just tacky carnival food that you shouldn't eat often at worst.
