Go to Wal-Mart. Buy some Innovasian frozen Orange chicken. Use the "stir-fry" directions, except use EVOO instead of vegetable oil.

Boneless skinless chicken thighs, cubed
Corn starch so they are completely covered. Use a lot of corn starch, the pieces should feel totally dry
Fry in a wok, making sure they’re completely submerged in oil. Give enough room, do two batches if needeed. Fry until cooked and put them on some paper towels. Fry them a second time for a couple minutes, it makes them crispier

For the sauce, some combination of orange juice, orange zest, soy sauce, vinegar, and chilis. Add a corn starch slurry to thicken.

Forgot to say sugar goes in the sauce as well. If you want it to taste like takeout, they use a lot of sugar

Dunno about mainland Europe but you can get it in Britain, it's sold as Cornflour and found in the baking aisle.

If you can’t use cornstarch/cornflour then potato starch also works perfectly fine too. If you can’t find any of these then plain flour is best (but not as crispy I find)

It's always a mess to fry chicken.
Mix one cup of orange marmalade, one cup of BBQ sauce, and one or two teaspoons of soy sauce. Add it to cooked chicken.
It's more of a topping but still tastes good.
