Swiss Ricola original and natural cough drop (the brown cube), paired with any regular cigarette. The menthol in the cough drop I find more satisfying than cigarettes with added menthol. That is unless it's picrel (Marlboro smooth). That menthol is above and beyond. In my twenties, those cigarettes gave me an incredible nicotine high. I no longer touch anything Marlboro now knowing how the additives are more habit forming than the nicotine itself.
