There was a café I used to frequent run by a brewery. Any breakfast came with coffee, but you could get beer instead for ¥390 extra, or thereabouts.
I never did try it, but I probably should have.

I've been drinking for 10 years, never really been a morning drinker but I have certainly done it. It's not very pleasant at all except for maybe occasionally when you're on vacation. Drinking all the time feels awful and I think most drinkers would agree if they'd be honest with themselves. Lately I've cut down drastically and only drink on weekends or special occasions (as opposed to every day before) and I feel much better, drinking is more enjoyable now too.

Actual physician for nutritional medicine here.
Avocado toast is actually a decent breakfast, held back only by the toast itself. Replace with some proper rye bread and it's good for you.
I wouldn't recommend it on a daily basis simply for budgeting reasons, but in case of airport food you can do MUCH worse.
