I get the impression places like Hardee's/Carl's Jr and Arby's are a lot more unhealthy cause they seem to lean into shit like meat mountain or half pound burgers advertised by strippers. McDonalds is kind of basic by comparison. Like yeah it's not great but I rarely feel overly full or disgusting after eating one of their meals. Can't say the same for some other joints.
