1 Loaf of French Bread - $1.79
1 Package of Mozzarella - $3.00
1 Package of Pepperoni - $3.00
Add some speghetti sauce or pizza sauce if you have it and go to town. Easy, cheap, great crunchy texture. I like to pre-cook my French Bread loaves with butter and garlic for 5 minutes or so, then add the ingredients and cook until super crunchy.

I did. Just whatever was on sale. But, if you're drunk and have spaghetti sauce, that'll work as well. Also, add onions, mushrooms and green peppers and such.

You can also do this on top of an English Muffin which has the right texture. Maybe a bagel would work - but I think it would be too chewy.
