I want to spend less than 50$ a week on food. Each of these are 4$. Is it a bad idea to eat these everyday? I’d supplement with protein powder.

>> No.18034675

you would need some fruit and vegetables if you want a somewhat balanced diet
you'd also need to drink a lot of water to avoid getting dehydrated from the constant explosive diarrhea

In my early 20s, I survived on these (the bean & cheese and the beef & bean ones), plus the cheapest processed chicken strips, ramen, jarred sauce, 2-liter bottles of Country Time lemonade, and vitamin supplements. You'll be fine for a while.

i buy in bulk so i only have to stock up on certain things every few months like flour, rice, beans and meat when it goes on sale. make large batches and portion them out and freeze it up, it doesn't look pretty in this pic but its all made from scratch and tastes great
i make chili, beef stew, mash potatoes, rice pilaf, burgers, split pea soup, black bean burgers, refried beans, tacos, chicken fajitas are most of my main dishes but i try to have pizza, cheese steaks, ham/pork chops at lest once or twice a month

because shit happens anon...mainly inflation. We're use significantly less electricity compared to last year but our bill is higher, i now grill with wood i collect on my property so i don't have to buy gas, dry my clothes on a clothesline instead of the dryer, changed my A/C from 69f to 78f yet every year i have less and less money to buy food but i still do pretty good for my budget
