That's the problem I have with garlic presses. They need to start making them out of some kind of metal that doesn't bend so easily. Like if you squeeze garlic the garlic shouldn't win. I don't know what kind of chinesium they're made from but it's worthless.

I stopped buying them years ago and now I just mince garlic and if I want to go to the extra effort I mash them up with some kosher salt using the side of my knife and a cutting board.

I am a keto lard (down 80 pounds since December)

Zucchini noodles are great, its not going to taste like pasta, it's not a replacement for pasta, it's another way to add filler and flavor to a dish

If you like zucchini, it's worth trying, salt and drain your zoodles for 10 minutes prior, even throw them in a paper towel and lightly press to try and dry them
I like to throw mine in at the last minute and not actually cook them, just enough to heat them, it's a nice little crunch when you are eating

Personally I prefer riced cauliflower, its a better imitation and absorbs sauce better, but both are good

It's a little handheld thing with blades on one gear and wheels on the other, so I assume you just load it with garlic and run it along your counter like a toy car. I can see how it got mistaken for a toy aside from, yknow, the spinning blade apparatus.
