The wrist strap is actually the only watch I own, I'm trying to get into rehab for my rampant alcoholism, and a watch is handy to have because in group you can't always see the clock. I've been sober for 10 days but need to check into rehab to make sure I stay on track long enough for the cravings to stop.

When I got detoxed at the hospital I had a BAC of .402, over 5x the legal limit. It took over 2 days for the alcohol to completely leave my system.

Simply stopping without medical aid could have killed me. I kept hearing voices and thinking people were there who weren't. I was so dehydrated I hadn't been able to swallow food without choking besides broth for 5 days. My liver enzymes were high, I can never afford to drink again it might kill me. Which is why rehab. I've had long periods of sobriety in the past, but I'm genetically an alcohol.
