That's sheep's stomach lining, boiled in milk and onion, the dark brown shit is blood sausage, not to be confused with black pudding, this is more of a gelatinous concoction with less meat and filler, basically congealed blood.

I love these cursed threads, they're so off the wall. It's like, uncanny Valley of you can see what the food is SUPPOSED to be, but it still gives you that uneasy feeling. When you look a little closer it's like "Hey wait those aren't French fries, they're CIGARETTE BUTTS" LOL Cursed is the right word indeed
