I push trolleys from point A to point B and walk around looking for stray trolleys. It's the most comfortable job I've ever had. I've been in and out of kitchens before then and it is just incredible how much better life is now. Also no people walking in at closing asking for big meals.

We had a cook at a high-end place join us at a fast food kitchen as a manager and he simply couldn't keep up. Not that it reflects on the rest of cooks but it's a different job really, although I'm glad I worked there because it helped me be fast.

It's a mix. Some are genuinely stupid and others are just so incredibly drained. They only do the very bare minimum for the job which is honestly the way to go when it comes to minimum wage since you'll never get a promotion anyways and if you do, you'll get a dollar raise as supervisor.
