If your diet isn't shit then fat-heavy dairy is fine. I grew up on skim milk but if I buy it now it's whole fat only.

Where does one get unpasteurized milk? I used to get it at my local farmers market but since I moved into the city I can’t find it anywhere.

"ultra pasteurized" is meaningless marketing hype. It's a selling point for half n half because it sits around on a counter a lot, and takes a fair amount of time to use, so you'd want it to keep longer than regular milk
