I've always enjoyed Old Fashioned. I put elderberry bitters and a bit of vanilla on top of your typical additions to old fashions. It makes for a nice treat.

Negroni, bramble, and mint julep are probably my favorites. I really like punches and fixes too. They're so simple but so tasty.

build in glass, very tender muddle. i prefer non crushed ice, but crushed is more classic.
