most farmed meat is garbage, the feed is comprised of mostly byproducts from other heavily refined products, all that leftover plant matter from extracting corn syrup and seed oils is turned into a cake and fed to the farm animals

properly farmed animals are allowed to eat what they would eat in the wild, so for cows grass, and for salmon, other small fish and insects(in the case of farmed salmon, no salmon farm feeds their fish a proper diet)

omega 3 is sourced from algae and grasses, if this part of the food chain is removed from the animal, then it's meat is unhealthy

I doesn't. For salmon to have high Omega 3 a natural diet high in other fish is necessary. This would be fucking expansive so instead they use Baltic fish so high in dioxin that its not fit for human consumption and the based bean. The only way to get actual salmon is from wild caught. Otherwise you can just use those fake fish sticks.
