how do my /ck/ friends make some fucking meatballs
for me its
>400g cheapest beef&pork mince meat
>0,7dl breadcrumbs
>sauteed onion
>egg
>s&p, basil, oregano, garlic powder, parmesan
fry em bit on a pan and then put in oven for 10min
then you make a brown sauce with it with some sauteed onion you had for the meatballs, quality stock cube n black pepper
then mash n spinach salad on the side or whatever

Not really "balls" in my family. They start out as balls but flatten during cooking.
Beef, garlic, parsley, breadcrumb parmigiano.
Mix.
Form
Fry in oil.
Flip.
Fry in oil.
Drain.
Eat with chips and salad.
Most people where I'm from also cook them in tomato sauce but my family never do. Most we'll do is make tiny meatballs and put them into between lasagne, topped with mozzarella and sauce.

1 g black pepper
0.5 g white pepper
0.5 g ginger powder
0.5 g mace
