People have already said adding oil to everything but that’s absolutely an easy way to slide in hundreds of excess calories. Every cooking oil contains something like ~120 calories per tablespoon, which is basically a rounding error when making any recipe that calls for oil. An ounce of vodka is like 65 calories so drinking a bar shot (1.5 ounces) of oil is the equivalent of downing 5 ounces, or a little over 3 bar shots, of vodka. I would think you could easily reach your daily caloric intake if you dipped bread in olive oil and doused a salad in an oily dressing.

Also mayonnaise, same thing, a tablespoon has an insane amount of calories. Slap a glob of mayonnaise on a sandwich and it could bump up the intake by 50% or so. Make a macaroni/potato/egg salad and one portion could substitute an entire meal. Make a mayo dip and eat your day’s worth in chips and dip.
