The most unhealthy part of a beer is the ethanol. It represents the overwhelming majority of calories (~70% for a lager) and is devoid of nutrition. The majority of the remaining calories is sugar. The grain really doesnt matter.

Tried alcohol free beer once...tasted like beer but lacked that crispness at the end of the sip...

It's not a huge amount but you need to skip two or three days a week in order to not develop an habit

Personally I drink only from Friday to Sunday. A Beer and a shot of Brandy are enough to relax me quite a bit.
