Yeah, they're good. Swiss cheese, caramelized onions, and mushrooms topped with a bit of meat gravy is how I like my burger.

Welcome to /ck/ friend. Sauteed mushrooms are very good. Sauteed mushrooms are mushrooms that have been pan fried. You want to do it on a pretty high heat mixing constantly for about 4 minutes. They're full of water so they're pretty forgiving. Salt and pepper.
