Jesus, its peanut butter. The differences are so goddamn minor. Just decide if you want it blended homogeneous with hydrogenated oil or not. Then decide your salt and sugar preferences. And finally, creamy or chunky.
The "natural" vs. "processed" decision is the big one... most normal people opt for a major brand which is processed, none of that natural shit that you need to stir constantly and doesn't taste good.

Great Value tastes better than the leading brand competitors. In fact, I've noticed Great Value makes equal or superior products in a large variety of product categories.

Most non-natural brands add a whole bunch of sugar to the peanut butter, so it becomes vile. Buy natural or at least peanut butter with no sugar added anon

>best

Very subjective, but the “best” comes from farmers markets and at better ones you have your pick of traits like sweetened, or homogeneous and the like.
The best tasting big commercial brand that you will find in the supermarkets is Peter Pan Honey Roasted. It’s Sweet, but wins taste tests all the time and makes cookies and such have an extra sweetness.

Can confirm. I have a tub of honey roasted pb and its really good. Maybe a bit too sweet for my taste.

The difference between Jif and a natural peanut butter is an ocean. Stirring is a small price to pay for something that tastes like peanuts rather than sugar.

>> No.17943314

Any peanut butter with only one ingredient (peanuts) should be fine.

I do not agree. Walamrts only good brand is our finest excellence. Great value stuff tastes like cheap steaming turds.

Seppos have no taste. Keep eating your hydrogenated PUFA xenoesteogen riddled diabetic goyslop faggots.

Pic related. The best peanut butter ever made.

I don't eat "normal" peanut butter because it's filled with rancid seed oils. Pic is the only all natural peanut butter (see: one ingredient) that I've ever actually liked, and I've tried probably 4-5 different brands over the years. Not sure what they do differently.

I buy Laura Scudder for eating on toast or rice cakes, and I get Target's house brand in a huge jar for regular uses. its just sliiiightly less sweet thank skippy or jif so it works in all those mass market applications without having that gross perservative and sugar taste.

Personal taste. For me, most peanut butters with salt are so salty, it becomes hard to taste the peanut flavor.
I'm generally very sensitive to saltiness.
