A wok is the most useful piece of kitchen equipment next to a knife I'd say. I have one with a steel handle instead of those retarded wooden handles you always see on them so I can still bake/finish stuff in the oven with it if I need to. 14" is king. Need a cover for steaming. I also make soup in it from time to time. It's pretty much the only thing I ever cook in anymore

I have one that is carbon steel all the way through with no stupid wooden handle. It doesn't have all that useless textured nonsense on it either. Amazon just doesn't seem to sell one of that description. This is the closest I could find to show how close it is to mine. The one in the link is steel by the way
