>my food arrives cold because the nigger driver is allowed to go do 3 other orders while still having mine
>a $11 order becomes a $30 order just from all the extra fees
>drivers still seethe on reddit if they get anything less than a $5 tip
Why do so many people use these garbage services?

>Place order directly with them, get their guy to deliver it
>$5.00 delivery fee plus tip
>Sometimes pick it up and chat with bartender over a drink while I wait, get some discounts now and then from him too

People would rather pay 2x the cost of the meal on social delivery apps in order to avoid any modicum of social interaction than simply calling a place.

Laziness and crippling social retardation. People act like it’s a death sentence to make a 2 minute phone call and drive 10 minutes to pick up some Chinese or a pizza. Such people should be spayed or neutered like stray cats.

Bruh, it's the restaurant's fault the majority of the time. They just leave that shit out on the shelf. Then, if you tip less than $5, it'll take longer for anybody to pick it up because it's a low-paying order. I personally don't give a shit if somebody doesn't tip, I'll just decline the offer and move on with my day.

The delivery fees are absolutely Jewish, though. Doordash wants people to buy the Dashpass, which is why they're so high. Order from Uber Eats instead, just about everything is under $1.

Only time I use ubereats is if it's 1 am, I'm high, and the only places open are Wendy's and Taco Bell.

But UE does the same shit, my local McDicks has a fucking $5 delivery fee.

you ever try walking or driving yourself fatty? not a wagie uberdriver but if i was barely making minimum wage hustling ubereats and doordash or whatever you better believe i will be working multiple services to min/max the amount of tips i can get per hour. of course i wouldn't work a shit wagie job like this because idiots don't even make enough to cover the depreciation and wear/tear on their vehicles.

You ever try reading comprehension, retard? I would rather get my own food then pay for this garbage service.

I occasionally deliver door dash and always deny extra orders if they try to give them to me. I keep the food bagged and on the floor with the heat on like the other anon. I keep cold and hot food separated. I know how much you cunts pay for the delivery so I take pride in making sure it’s as fresh as possible. I guess that’s the white in me. Don’t really care about the tips either because nobody tips anyway. I only do it if I’m so short on cash I can’t make it to my next paycheck and need smokes / lunch money.

Wew. Fees are between .50 to 3 bucks where i live

God damn. Everything I order on UE is less than a buck, although I don't ever order fast food.

Tip = 5
Delivery fee = ~.90 to $4
new gas surcharge is like $1 or $2
restaurants that up their prices to compensate delivery =20-35% of regular menu price
$15 isn't even the high end of an extra cost
