Are you trying to make it raw in the middle?

Buy a meat thermometer. Going by time is never going to be consistent.

>> No.17914533

It's not rocket science

>>17914507
Why would it be raw?

TIME/TEMP, NOT DRESSING

>> No.17915209

Don't put them in oven, instead pan fry them, shallow fry in breading or make some fettuccine Alfredo. After oven they're going to be dry af

>After oven they're going to be dry af
You can sear the meat and then put it in the oven with veggies and some stock. This way the chicken breast won't dry out and take up some flavour

>> No.17915771

>>17914445
Brine them first, then 35 @ 350. Make sure the breasts are all separated or else they're not going to cook through.

>> No.17915909

I stopped buying meat at Walmart because both the frozen and fresh chicken packs would always have at least one piece with the "stringy" chicken problem.
