you can make a decent salad dressing out of this stuff.
5TS water
100mL cream
2TS sweet mustard
2TS regular mustard (I use 1TS Dijon)
4TS vinegar
1ts honey
3ts sugar
1ts salt
2ts oil
mix well. goes good with green salads

Sautee bacon, throw boiled potatoes into the bacon fat. Toss with a mustard/sugar/vinegar combination. Unbelievably simple and good.
