I don't mealprep but I could very easily have a couple Tupperware boxes of different dishes in my perfectly reasonably sized chest freezer if I wanted to.
You do know you can prep without portioning it out in those gas station pastic trays with the individual spaces for meat, carbs, and veggies, right?

I personally also prefer to just cook fresh food every day or at least every other day depending on what I'm making. I get home pretty late because I work in a kitchen but I can throw together some roasted root veggies and a piece of fish or something easily enough. The veggies can roast while I take a shower and then it's a couple minutes to fry up some meat for them. Sauces last a few days and don't take much time to make either.
