Nothing wrong with canned tuna bro. I once brought a spicy tuna dip made with canned tuna to a company potluck event, it was the first thing fully devoured and I got mad compliments for it. just bought some deenz for the first time the other day. the ones I bought still had some pieces of bone in them and I accidentally ate one.
are you supposed to take the bones out before eating or just eat them bone in?

>> No.17879569

If you really dislike eating the bones the tins usually have information on them about whether or not they have bones included. However the bones are very nutritious and usually very soft, I would say that it's better to have them in than without. Good source of calcium.
