Why do flyovers call every breakfast sandwich a "McMuffin"? I used to work at a shop that made breakfast sandwiches and every once in a while some bumblefuck hick from the midwest would roll in on their rascal scooter and ask for a "McMuffin". Don't they realize that not every food service place is McDonald's?
