butterchicken son, don't ask me how it's made, but that shit is ridiculously good. Make sure it tastes like butter not too much, but not too little either. Serve alng a dish of indian rice and some cheese naan. Heavenly.

For restaurant style cooking check out 'the curry secret'.

It talks you through making a curry base and pre - prep of meat etc. Then it shows you how you can make dozens of dishes within around 20 minutes.

I tend to add more chilli's than it recommends but it does give you some great starting points.

The dhal recipe is superb.

Cookinginfinlands yt vids on indian food. I have made a few of his indian dishes and he is spot on in the spice mixes and methods he uses.
