I'm not a morning person at all but I do eat a little something to maintain my circadian rhythm/get my bowels going/get my mood up:
-few cups of espresso
-few slices of wholewheat bread (2-3)
-tiny bit of raw milk cheese
-slice of cured ham, usually San Daniele
-Alpine honey (rarely)

I usually eat Greek yogurt with granola or oats stirred in. Sometimes I switch it up and have an apple turnover instead.

I said, because you don't eat breakfast, "then you don't do any physically or mentally strenuous work and are essentially an NPC.". Breakfast is the source of energy and the more calories you have, the better your day is going to be. I did both manual labor (steel mill))and intellectual work (developer) and it is needed in both cases. Farmers throughout history as a whole began their day with a large breakfast. Before them, paleolithic man would wake up hungry and then the hunt began and ended quickly to fuel the day ahead.

My breakfast consists of
>14 ounces of coffee mixed with about half a stick of butter
>Bacon, pig brains or a ribeye steak depending on the day
>4 egg yolks, no whites

If I am not at home and traveling, I'll go to Wendy's and get 3 Breakfast Baconators. The more fat and protein you have in the morning, the more energy you'll have for the day ahead. As I said, you don't do real work, which is the only sensible outcome from not eating breakfast. If you actually worked, you would need the extra calories.

Nice that's a good base smoothie bowl. But if you really want to step it up, you really need to look into macro-blend profiles. For instance, the bio-availability of B complex vitamins in matcha depends upon the secondary stages of the blend profile, which means obviously that the helical upward trajectory of the blend needs to be controlled within a 200-800 RPM cycle. A slow latency is OK, it will reduce the bio-availability of thiamin and riboflavin to a marginal extent, but the rest of the complex remains instact. A too fast latency <100 RPM in the secondary blend profile will almost entirely render the complex inert meaning a bioavailabilty being almost nil.

Now of course everyone already knows this stuff. But it's worth considering these kinds of blend profiles when dealing with various vitamin complexes. I suggest anyone should at least read Regeau and Stanley (2003) and Regeau et. al., (2005) and maybe an introduction to pharmacokinetics at a local community college if they are even considering about making a smoothie bowl for breakfast.

I just add everything raw, except the eggshells, into a blender or mixer. Run it for ~6 seconds or so. Add olive oil into low-medium pre-heated pan. Pour the slurry into the pan and flip when to your liking in doneness.
I do warn you though, it has poor cohesion and will break unless you let it sit ~5 minutes without burning it in the pan. Can probably be solved by adjusting ingredients but I cba.

For me, it's the McChicken. The best fast food sandwich. I even ask for extra McChicken sauce packets and the staff is so friendly and more than willing to oblige.

One time I asked for McChicken sauce packets and they gave me three. I said, "Wow, three for free!" and the nice friendly McDonald's worker laughed and said, "I'm going to call you 3-for-free!".

Now the staff greets me with "hey it's 3-for-free!" and ALWAYS give me three packets. It's such a fun and cool atmosphere at my local McDonald's restaurant, I go there at least 3 times a week for lunch and a large iced coffee with milk instead of cream, 1-2 times for breakfast on the weekend, and maybe once for dinner when I'm in a rush but want a great meal that is affordable, fast, and can match my daily nutritional needs.

I even dip my fries in McChicken sauce, it's delicious! What a great restaurant.
