I feel you I'm dieting and while I suffer my body surely doesn't and it appreciates healthy food. My bladder is also good never had any issues.
In my cheat days I always have bad shit, stomach pain, gas, can't sleep et cetera. It is like my body telling me to stop eating junk food.

You also grow weaker. I remember eating constantly and only having bladder issues but after dieting for months If I try to eat like I used to I get sick

OP, don't do this unless you really know what you're doing.
You need to be very well hydrated before you take this, otherwise you will get crazy constipated. I'd say drink a fuckton of water for 3 days before you take this, then drink a fuckton of water for the next 3 days.
I took a spoonful of metamucil once and didn't have enough water and I was so constipated it was awful.
Try eating a bunch of leafy greens and raw veggies twice a day, this usually keeps my system ticking quite well.

I've had that problem for years. Finally got a physical and found out I had high bad cholesterol and high triglyceride levels. Ended up buying frozen smoothie mixes from Walmart and adding shit like flaxseeds and yogurt to it. Also started adding dried fruit to oatmeal. Ended up having some great dumps and only had to wipe once.

Ruined it by eating BK and spicy korean chicken a few weeks later.
