Where do you guys get the time to cook from? between my job, workout schedule and any other leisure activities I barely have any time to cook something fancy, so I always end up sticking to a few quick and easy recipes.

I usually cook in headphones while listening to some podcast or watching some YouTube thing, so it kinda feels like leisure. But yeah during the work week I rarely go for more time consuming dishes. Sometimes I don't even have enough time to make fresh pasta or tortillas and use store bought instead.

i work 10 hours a day 4 days a week. that leaves me 4 hours a day to cook up some scrum-diddly-umptious meals for myself after work every day. If I can do it, you can <3
