You've decided to make a burger for dinner.
How do you prepare it?

>get ground beef in bowl
>salt, pepper, and cayenne the raw beef
>finely mince half an onion and some garlic, add to beef
>whisk an egg, add
>add breadcrumbs to bowl
>incorporate all together
>form several patties
>cast iron skillet, avocado oil, caramelize other half of thicker cut onion on medium heat while doing other prep, remove after browning
>turn heat to high, possibly deglaze with red wine or vinegar if there are bits of onions sticking to the skillet so as not to burn them
>throw brioche buns into toaster oven
>add patties to skillet, wait just a few minutes for a good sear before flipping
>after flipping top with whatever cheese, usually swiss but I'm not picky
>scoop sauce from the pan over the top of the burgers before putting them on their toasted bun, top with caramelized onions and some jarred jalapenos, final touch being whatever sauce I'm craving
I've been partial to this stuff after some anon mentioned it a while back, basically Jamaican ketchup

slap some 80/20 into patties, throw them on the grill, toast some buns and top with mustard and pickles, and add a slice of cheese somewhere near the end, simple as

>> No.17795712

80/20 store beef divided into to make a 1/3 or 1/2lb patty, add in liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce. Form into proper shape then add salt & pepper on top. Coat in some type of oil, then take to preheated grill. Fries should be put in the air fryer at 390-400 for 20-30 minutes, with grilling commencing halfway through. Patty should be cooked at 450 or above for about 3-4 minutes each side. Buns (ideally Brioche or pretzel) can be grilled on high heat for a minute at most, or at low heat for about 2-3. When the second side is cooking, begin preparing the bacon for the microwave with your choice of seasoning, then cook for 2-2:30 minutes. If by this time the fries have three minutes left, insert the buns if they aren’t being heated on the grill. By now the burger should be about done, so remove it at set it aside. When the buns are ready, apply garlic butter on the inside (maybe melt some to pour over top as well).

Now begins the assembly process. Two pieces of bacon, a dollop each of Barbecue sauce, buffalo/hot sauce, and optionally steak sauce. Add patty, repeat process on top bun, then apply top bun. Add fries and BBQ sauce on the side, and serve with mason jar or frozen mug of Barq’s. Watch anime episode up through opening and tittle card before beginning eating.
