It's ok not to serve blacks because they behave poorly and are a dangerous risk to your business - they talk loudly, cannot speak English clearly or well, are of low-intelligence, have minimal impulse control, rarely respect others' personal space or boundaries, and are easily angered and triggered to petty violent acts, yelling, threats, and taunting.

Gays on the other hand offer none of that. That's why laws banning discrimination in places of public accommodation (restaurants, bakeries, hotels) makes sense on the basis of sexual orientation, but not on race.

Nobody thinks gay people act worse than black people so we should be left alone and not persecuted.
