Bumping into Guatemalans and filling my role in the assembly line to serve unapprecitiative boomers is not why anyone should like cooking. Working in my gigantic kitchen alone, with a window looking out at the acreage where I raised the ingredients, for my loving family, is why I cook. To relax and feed those I love. I built the kitchen to be half my damn house because I love cooking so much. Good ingredients, good company, good food.
