It looks pretty goods, but there’s definitely room for improvement. For starters she hasn’t trimmed those beans, secondly is the steak, it looks like a pretty shitty cut and although she has got a nice sear and it seems to be well seasoned, I see a lot of unrendered fat, particularly the big blob of white fat near your fork, meaning she didn’t cook the fat of the steak long enough, the potatoes also look a bit mushy and overcooked, but I’m guessing they still tasted good. Lastly is the sauce, perhaps it tastes very good, but it looks way too thick and over reduced, gloopy almost.

Still I rate it a 6.9, I’d eat it, it looks tasty enough, but if it were a restaurant and they served me this, I wouldn’t be overly impressed and I wouldn’t be dying to go back there.
