How do you like your burger cooked? Do you ground your own meat for medium rare burgers? I've ate medium rare burgers from store bought ground beef and I've been fine.

I tend to go for blue-rare/rare at home, or rare at resturant. Cant tell if Ive just been getting lucky or just have a gut biome for ot at this point. I dont get sick from undercooked chicken anymore either

I was going through a down bad period where I didnt feel like waiting for my chicken breasts to cook all the way, had a couple days of sickness but went months without anything more. Ive been buying my chicken thin sliced for the past few months though, so cook time is just a couple minutes. The texture of medium chicken really isnt good

Medium at a restaurant, medium-rare or rare at home depending on how big a burger I want

If rare ground beef is making you sick it's shit beef or it was mishandled

I don't tend to make medium rare burgers, but in general I'm too lazy to grind my own beef.

Usually go with medium rare at a restaurant, at home I don't trust myself, so I usually aim for well done and usually end up with medium
