i chop them up and use them in chili, the grilling adds a lot of flavor and it's nice to hit chunks of meat because crumbled ground beef can get lost in chili.

From a long time ago. I pretty much do something different everytime I make a burger beef+bread doesn't clash with much so the combinations are limitless. If you get fresh ground beef coarse you can even get it fairly rare like a steak in there, allowing for even more pairings.

House burger at an old timey diner that's been out of business for maybe twenty years now.

It was so good, bros.

This post reminds me that it was a Big Mac imitation. But pretty divergent from the usual attempts. Unique thing was this really pale kaiser roll, no sesame seeds or anything else. Double patty. Guessing cheap american cheese, lettuce, and pickle. No center bun.

Very unique dressing, pretty mild to be honest. But I'll ever taste it again in my life.

I'll try to imitate it this weekend. Again, I don't think I'll ever make it the way I remember, even if I make it better.
