No flavour (except vinegar) and no heat.

Is this bait? Sure, Sriracha tastes like ass, but Tabasto tastes equally ass.

Either use fresh (or even dried) chilies or get whatever "artisan" "premium" hot sauce your local supermarket sells. There's about ten thousand of them, all superior to Tabasco and cost maybe 1 or 2 bucks more.

Original siracha was a lot more watery and actually a bit spicy, the new one is good but they obviously bred the peppers to be devoid of any hotness. It's just fermented red vegetable nowadays, not at all spicy.

I think tabasco was made for boomers who like to smoke, so they bred the peppers to taste like tobacco, hence the name tabasco. It's really just a sauce for smokers and boomers.

>Sriracha tastes like shit. It tastes foul. How can anyone like this flavor? Give me some Tabasco instead, it actually tastes good.
It's the cooked garlic flavor. It's the equivalent of buying garlic in a jar, just utterly ruined. I also think people who do like sriracha like it's mild and even has sugar in it. Ketchup loving types.

That said, they serve packets at starbucks for the gouda breakfast sandwich, which is the only place I tolerate it.

I'd use cholula or crystal over tabascao any day. I don't want a ton of vinegar with my hot sauce.
