Post your breakfast, anons. Bought myself a tamagoyaki pan. Have been enjoying puff omelettes ever since
3 eggs, some milk, some soy sauce, black pepper, salt, 1/3 of a teaspoon of sugar. GOAT eggs

I keep them a little bit wet. The thing with tamagoyaki is that you don't cook all of the eggs at once.
>pour 1/3 of all the eggs into a pan (for a 3 egg omelette)
>cook the first layer and roll it into a tube
>move it to the end of the pan
>pour another third
>cook the next layer and wrap previously made tube in it
>do the same for the third layer
And thus you get a nice structure similar to picrel
