The peanut butter and pickle sandwich is a classic.
The richness of the PB is cut by the acidity of the pickles.
The sourness contrasts the sweetness and the pickle adds extra salt to the sweetness of the PB.
Sometimes I add a little siracha or jam.

Reminds me of a pizza I've seen. The toppings are:

Pineapple

All strong flavors but they all go together.

I have some pork marinading in a kiwifruit marinade which I'll BBQ, some form of potato and a kiwifruit salad.
