People post about all sorts of horrible eating habits on this board. Fast food every day, constant junk food, constant soda drinking, etc.

But, who here has the absolute worst diet? Who's eating the least healthy stuff every single day? Post your daily cuisine intake and let's find out who has the absolute least healthy diet.

In 2012 I lived on frozen burger patties and hot dogs for 6 months or something like that. In 2015 I ate mostly ham on bread and peanuts.
Nowadays I eat pretty healthy. Mostly fish, pork, pasta, sometimes halloumi. A lot of onions, garlic, tomatoes. The most unhealthy thing I eat regularly is probably grilled cheese sandwiches.

man idk why but I often long for NEET life. I was NEET for around 10 months and I was living my best life.

My daily routine for a while

>wake up around 10am
>smoke a spliff
>get either mcdonalds or culvers
>drink 1/3 of soda and fill back up with rum or whisky
>eat meal, watch futurama, and smoke another spliff
>take a nap on the couch
>wake up around 4pm shower and clean the house for like 30min
>GF gets home from her job and thanks me for doing all this work to get the house in order
>eat dinner
>get online to "look for jobs"
>play vidya until 3am
>doit again

i mean this seriously: could a naturally degenerate person be a NEET for an extended period?
having no/minimal responsibilities sounds incredible, and maybe i'd get up at 10am some days, but you lost me pretty quickly after that. i just feel that even if i were NEET i'd be doing lots of other things. I'd be in great shape, learn to cook better, read more, seduce more ladies, play more music, etc. not just get high and play vidya (disgusting).

2 McDonalds meals 5-6 times a week (First normally a quarter pounder/breakfast roll meal with a white coffee, second a Big Tasty w/Bacon, cheese melts, a Millionaire Donut and an energy drink or root beer)

Dinner is normally either instant ramen with an egg in it if it's the brothy kind, a sandwich (ham, cheese, mustard, mayo and butter) or chilli/curry if I had time to make it that week, drunk down with a few ales and some of my own fermented alcohol.

On my day/days off I'll normally have a bowl or two of instant ramen with ale on the side, maybe a pub lunch if I'm feeling fancy (normally sausage chips and beans with leffe blonde from the local Wetherspoons since it's the cheapest meal they do with a drink), then either make a chilli for that night and to freeze or do a fry up

I also try to have a steak or two per month, since I like cooking them

probably, it's a really easy habit to fall into. Also tbf I had social obligations and didn't technically do this every single day. I'd have to show up to places where I was expected to be with family or friends. Sometimes I'd play music, or bike if it was nice out, but honestly it feels really good to do absolutely nothing.

Also it didn't start out completely NEET. In the beginning of my neetdom, I was taking some classes to learn how to code and trying to be productive. I refinished the hardwood floors in the place I was living at and got paid a bit by the landlord to do that and a couple other things. But then I kinda fell into a slump and just stopped doing much of anything living off of the small amount of investing I had done before I quit my job.

Had a great break, but eventually life started to catch up with me and I lucked into a job in supply chain. Then from there it's been non-stop for the past 6 years. I've accomplished a lot and love the life I have, but I'd be a liar if I say I didn't miss those days some times. Weird I know.

Righto, so the Big Tasty is like our "filler" promo. Like we normally have different promotional burgers on throughout the year, I think last promo we had a BBQ Bacon Stack. Well the Big Tasty is our most frequently used Promo burger and normally comes up for a month and a half between different promotions. It's a 1/3rd beef patty, emmental cheese, lettuce, tomato, Big Tasty sauce which is nigh on the only reason to buy it and onion, on a 5-inch seeded bun. Honestly pretty nice, if I can't get that I'll normally have the current promo burger once and then go back to Quarter Pounders

The Cheese Melts are basically a side item, we always have at least some form of cheese side available, normally Mozarella Dippers but right now we've got Chilli Cheese Bites.

The Millionaire Donut is a part of our "McCafe" range, which near as I can tell was McDonalds trying to compete with coffee shops like Starbucks and Costa as far as speed, convenience and pricing, since McDonalds UK does not like sharing customer bases. Right now the McCafe dessert range includes the Millionaire Donut, Sugar Ring Donut, Chocolate Brownie and Triple Chocolate Cookie.

>Big Tasty
Seems like a good burger
>Cheese melts
The name doesn't make much sense, but they look like some sort of tasty fried cheese
>Creme egg McFlurry
Looks good, I wish we had that here
>Millionaire doughnut
I still don't understand it
>Porridge
Why wouldn't someone just make this at home?

hang about where are you getting porridge, that's been off our menu since the first lockdown. what lucky pricks are getting that?

millionaire donut is a caramel filled doughnut with chocolate glaze on top, drizzled with caramel and topped with crumbled shortbread. It's a riff on the caramel shortbread or "millionaire shortbread" normally found in bakeries and coffee shops, with the millionaire name comng from the idea of it being extremely decadent

McDonald’s in UK actually sounds infinitely more based than in America

Why do our own companies betray us like this?

>> No.17631941

>>17631914
It's just a slightly different market mate. McDonalds in america near as I can tell mainly only has to compete with other fast food places, so what it provides will general be in line with what other fast food places provide, which will naturally make it seem more standard and "basic".

McDonalds UK has to compete with less fast food chains, but also needs to compete with coffee shops, of which you will have multiple in each busy street, pubs which frequently have food (that sausage, chips, beans and a pint meal I mentioned in my first post only costs about 40p more than a standard McDonalds meal). So it's gonna look into a more interesting and changing burger range to keep punters interested as well as a more varied dessert range to net the market that wants a quick sweet bite with a coffee

I broke the minifridge I had in this awful illegally subdivided place I was renting trying to chip ice off it, and ended up living with no refrigeration for months, I would buy the cheapest ham at the store, single slices, and milk and put them under my bed so they weren't in the sun from the window and just live on that eating it basically as it went bad. I wouldn't recommend most people try that but I've developed a strong stomach from years of dumb situations like this and also just not wanting to waste food
