As the saying goes, "the proof is in the pudding"; it's in the steak too. Well steak has an actual edible texture and delicious taste; the others taste slightly revolting (depending on how much you've brainwashed yourself otherwise), and the texture is too chewy. The steak itself is telling you it's uncooked and unsuitable to be eaten. Blessed be cows, they are sacred.
